I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was far from the standards expected from a reputed brand like this. Cleanliness issues: There were visible stains on the walls, which gave the room a very unkempt and unhygienic appearance. Facilities not functional: The intercom was not working, making it very difficult to reach the staff for assistance. Maintenance problems: There was a blockage in the basin, causing water to accumulate and adding to the inconvenience. Despite raising these concerns, Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, the General Manager of the property, was unable to provide any resolution. The lack of accountability and effective management made the stay even more frustrating. I expected much better from Radisson Blu and will think twice before choosing this hotel again.
