Premier Inn Haverfordwest (North/A40)

Nice premier inn … restaurant is a detached pub

I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns over the last few years, including this one, I wanted to write another review, though, as the staff really helped me out. I arrived exhausted, but there was a lot of building work taking place. The staff at reception were so accommodating when I said I really needed somewhere quiet. They moved my room to a section where there was minimal work taking place and they made sure work didn't start the following day until as late as possible. Just goes to show you don't need a 5 star hotel to get 5 star service. The room was standard premier inn and the Breakfast great as always.

back here on business again usual great service, breakfast and comfy bed and so convenient for me to get to the site where im working. there is a marstons nearby for dinner and a pint. what more could you ask for? also it has free parking here so no parking fines

Check-in was easy and was nice to be greeted by a person rather than checking in on a kiosk. Really made a fuss with my kids which was great and made us feel so welcome! oh and the kids love the breakfast especially the pancakes with nutella! Room was lovely as usual. thank you!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Downside: Aircon system extremely noisy, and a funny smell in the room. (Probably due to never getting any fresh air as windows are permanently closed!) Other customers were also heard complaining and getting de-humidifiers being installed in their rooms.) In order to get any sleep at all (this was 11pm on New Year's Eve and no chance of being fixed, and 'Yes', we could have complained but who wants to change rooms at that time of night - with the probability that other rooms had the same problem anyway,) my ever resourceful spouse disconnected the Fan using the trip switch on Fusebox ! It meant that we lost the lights too, but at least we could get some sleep (and we had a torch !) All our clothes also 'inherited' the smell and everything had to be laundered on arriving home. A shame as we found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and conscientious.

Good value, comfortable room. Space and facilities same as any other Premier Inn we've stayed in as a family. Good size bathroom and plenty of fluffy towels available. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and great that kids eat free! Room smelt slightly damp when we walked in first but not overwhelming. Extractor next to door hummed at a low level all night, wasn't loud and was easy enough to tune out but would be better if it was silent.
