We booked a triple room, we were given a family room, a double bed and a bunk bed. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We asked to change the room, since we ourselves do not smoke and were with a child, but we were refused, citing the fact that there were no vacancies. They opened the windows on the staircase and in the room to let everything out. We didn't take breakfast. Everything in the shower is working and clean. Shampoo, lotion. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, TV.

Qualità prezzo un po' scadente, camere male mantenute, prese di correnti non funzionanti, menomale che andava almeno l' aria condizionata. Colazione assolutamente da evitare, pochissima scelta soprattutto per i dolci, alle 8:45 non c'era già più niente da mangiare ed eravamo solo 4 gatti, alla mia domanda se si potevano avere altre brioches, un cameriere dalle dimensioni grosse mi risponde in malemodo dicendomi che quelle c'erano e che non va a prenderne altre, ho mangiato solo una fetta di crostata che sembrava del giorno prima ed era addirittura quelle che compri al supermercato. Di una maleducazione incredibile. Hanno dato la disponibilità a gennaio2025 per un gruppo di 66 persone per un evento, dopodichè spariscono per mesi nonostante i continui solleciti. A tre settimane dall'evento si tirano indietro lasciando l'intero gruppo a piedi. Impensabile poter lavorare con gente che si comporta in questo modo: professionalità zero. Essendo una società che da oltre vent'anni si occupa di organizzare festival ed eventi, mai e ripeto mai ci siamo trovati di fronte a un tale comportamento. Per il bene delle persone che lavorano in modo onesto e organizzato, invitiamo a non prendere accordi con questo hotel e nessun altro del gruppo Schiavon.

Un atteggiamento di questo tipo è non solo irritante, ma completamente irrispettoso nei confronti di chi, come me, ha scelto la vostra struttura Il comportamento da parte del vostro staff è stato del tutto sbrigativo e privo di qualsiasi senso di responsabilità. Non solo non sono stato ascoltato, ma non è stato nemmeno offerto un minimo di assistenza per risolvere la situazione, cosa che mi aspettavo da un hotel che si definisce professionale.

This hotel was great and very clean. However if you are traveling as a tourist this is not a place to stay due to that you will have to either taxi or learn public transportation to get anywhere and to the center of Padova. Venice is not near as it is a 45 minute taxi drive and about an hour with bus and train but you will definitely have an experience learning public transportation. Also food and other venues do not open till after 5pm however there is a mall walking distance with restaurants and other provisions. I would stay again here now that I now the area and public transportation.

Hotel accettabile nel complesso, personale gentile e disponibile, le foto sono meglio di quello che è la realtà... cmq x una notte è ok. Pulizia soddisfacente. La mattina della domenica non c'era personale alla reception e purtroppo i clienti maleducati fanno da padroni con schiamazzi alle 7 di mattina. Molto rumore veniva anche dalla nostra doppia finestra rotta poiché l'hotel è su una strada trafficata.
