Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, with own private side gate & entrance.We are happy to accommodate same day/last minute check inSpacious & light-filled 1st floor apartment in a quiet street. Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook.Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children, but can accommodate 6 adults.Two single fold out beds & a cot are also available.There is space in both bedrooms to set up a single bed or cot, living area can be converted to sleep 2 adults on fold out beds.Apartment is child friendly with a door at the top of the stairs. We welcome little people/infants but they are guests so please include them in your booking.Please respect our rate schedule, additional guests after the first two people includingchildren, are required to pay $50 per night per person whether or not that person shares a bed, sleeps on top of a bed, on the couch or on the floor.If your party size has changed please contact me.Open plan living & dining area with modern conveniences make this sanctuary a home away from home. Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with a bench seat, 2 chairs & table.
