My daughter and I booked in to stay in this double room for two nights. The owner was very lovely and welcoming and attention to detail was ensured to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was a mini fridge in our room with a variety of drinks and also a range of breakfast options. The bed was incredible. There were black out blinds and curtains in the room and we weren’t able to hear any outside noise. The free WiFi was also a pleasant addition to a great stay. Upon returning to Royston, we will certainly stay here again! This room was more than worth the price paid :-)

My arrival on the day was early, but I called the day before to check and the host was very accommodating. It is a well lived in family home and you do feel that when you enter, The bedroom was a decent size and clean with ensuite and they had lots of small touches that didn't go unnoticed, like tea and coffee facility in the bedroom and the bathroom was nicely stock with essentials and little more feminine touch could be seen here. Good night sleep was had, a little noise from other guests but wasn’t enough to put me off. The morning breakfast included was a light breakfast and if you paid more you could have had a cooked breakfast. I really enjoyed speaking to Peggy and her husband as I was on my own. It was nice to have a little company over breakfast. They do make you feel welcome.
