Après 1 petit imbroglio au niveau de notre réservation (chambre qui n'était pas équipée d'un lit King size vs reservation) très vite résolu notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le seul bémol est la température dans l'espace marin (l'eau n'est pas très chaude...) et l'espace dispose d'une salle de relaxation petite (7 /8 places...). Sinon le personnel que ça soit à l'accueil au bar au restaurant ainsi que les femmes de chambre est très souriant et poli. La qualité du restaurant est top (ça rattrape l'espace marin) les plats sont bien cuisinés et tout est très bon vraiment s'est à souligner. Autour de l'hôtel en cette période (février) tout est globalement fermé c'est un peu dommage car ça manque d'animation.

Nous avons passé un séjour à cet hôtel et la chambre n’était pas adapté pour une personne handicapée uniquement la salle de bain pour faire demi-tour, il fallait reculer dans la salle de bain. Et la chambre était censé être vue sur mer, mais il y avait une bunker qui bloquait la vue. On a aussi réservé une table le soir pour manger au restaurant. Du début jusqu’à la fin, le service était pitoyable. Il a fallu qu’on demande à multiples reprises pour avoir l’apéritif, on nous l’a apporté quand on avait fini nos plats. Et pour la bouteille de vin il nous l’ont apporté au niveau du dessert et j’ai commandé une assiette de fromage qui était censé être quatre fromages affiné, on m’a apporté deux tranches de comté avec un peu de salade, ce qui ne correspondait pas au menu. Le samedi matin quand on a redonné les chambres quand il a fallu payer, on nous a facturé un 1 petit déjeuner en plus et je me suis rendu compte de cela quand j’étais arrivé chez moi. Du début jusqu’à la fin l’expérience était catastrophique. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à qui que ce soit.

Emplacement exceptionnel de l 'établissement face à la mer. Pas de rues avec voitures autour. Le sentier des Douaniers permet de bénéficier de calme, de repos , de détente. Chambres magnifiques dotées d une literie de grand confort. Restaurant avec repas d 'excellente qualité. Parcours marin ,piscines, espace forme, très intéressants. Personnel très accueillant, aimable et disponible.

Excellent séjour. Soins et restauration au top. Personnel très à l’écoute et convivial. Très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Un endroit superbe pour se ressourcer.
