Stayed 2 nights with work and to be fair the hotel staff delivered a good level of service . Breakfast was good , we had a BBQ on one evening which was good . The bedrooms were good but the excessive heat / lack air con made the quite uncomfortable. Hotel standards were good overall. I have no reason not to recommend

We held our wedding anniversary dinner here for over 40 people, The food was outstanding a real highlight. Every dish was a masterpiece and We were so impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The grounds were stunning and a perfect setting with beautiful surroundings The staff were exceptional a real asset to the venue. They went above and beyond to make our celebration special. We were so grateful for their excellent service.

Needs improving
Very noise, overpriced, with room with no sound proofing and noise all night! Pillows were old and not great. There was no one at reception either!

Limited services available, dining room closed, bar closed at 9pm, items not acailable at breakfast, room had zero view other than roof tiles.
All of this was apparently due to the fact that there were only a small amount of clients. BUT FULL PRICE PAID for LIMITED Services provided. Would not recomend this hotel to anyone, as i feel ripped off.

Overnight stay at this very good hotel in quiet location in the countryside at the edge of Leamington Spa. Spacious clean room, very good breakfast. Tea facilities in room and also available in the lounge areas. Didn't use the restaurant. Large car parks, fitness centre.
