Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre

Excellent location comfortable beds and room quiet. The single bed had no lighting so not so good for an adult. Good shower room. outer entrance automatic door not working and very heavy. Heating/air conditioning variable. bar shuts early- before 10 pm when we were there weekdays.

Regular guest for business - hotel great location, clean spacious rooms, breakfast good. Greeted by Ellis who allowed me to check in 20mins early which was really helpful as I had just come off a long train journey, very friendly and welcoming. Ann, working on the reception desk checked me in and was quick, polite and friendly. Staff here are a credit and make the stay pleasant, breakfast restaurant staff also really welcoming and helpful.

The location is perfect, along the lovely high street and near the beautiful pump rooms and park, right in the main tourist area. It is just a few minutes walk from the theatre. There is a small supermarket next door and lots of restaurants within walking distance, although I’d advise booking as they do get busy. The hotel has a historic facade but the rooms are modern. The family rooms with 3 beds are spacious, though you do put your luggage on the floor as there is limited storage. Parking in St Peter’s multi-storey is convenient - just round the corner - and reasonably priced. You can pay by app and it seems safe and secure with lots of cameras around.

Premier inn have now decided to charge £15 for early check-in , we paid this for 40minutes ( my wife's Idea) this will definitely make us think again about using them as it seems to be a thing now. The room was quite noisy as the door was next to the bed , overall not the best but the location was ok and there is parking nearby. Wouldn't stay again though.
