Great environment, good service

Had a bad experience at this hotel. When we entered the hotel early, the hotel staff said that we could only check in at 3:00 pm, which was normal because the hotel also said that check-in was allowed at 3:00 pm. At 3:00 p.m., we wanted to check in, but the staff member named Maddie said that our room was not ready yet and we had to wait another 15 minutes. I thought, didn’t they say we could check in at 3:00 p.m.? Fifteen minutes later, other guests also wanted to check in. Miss Maddie checked them in first, so I asked her why our room was not ready yet? Didn't we say we could check in at 3:00 pm? Middie didn't seem to apologize at all. She just said that I disturbed her work. She said we could check in from 3:00. I said: We agreed to check in at 3:00, but now it's 3:20 and the room is still not ready. That's a problem with your arrangement. It's your fault! After a while, a cleaning lady came over with a nicer attitude. She explained that the employees were off on Saturday and there were not enough staff. Afterwards, Maddie said: If I continue talking here, I will never be able to check in! I said: If you can’t check in, just give me my money back! Middle was always mad at me and said I was disturbing her work. She never said sorry for the late delivery of the room. Her attitude was really bad. I will never book this hotel again!
