The payment method of the parking lot is not very clear. After staying for 2 days, I don’t know how to pay. The hotel staff‘s explanation is not very clear and needs to be improved.

Mobile phone reception in the area is very poor which means no signal inside the hotel. I was advised by receptionist to use the free wifi for calling but the wifi was very poor and not capable of being used calling.

I had a great stay at the Premier Inn London Eltham. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport and local amenities. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, very comfortable matress,room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money We definitely will back with family soon Me and and my family enjoyed.

I’ve been staying here on and off for the last few years whilst working between home and office and just want to say the staff are amazing and the rooms are excellent but tonight I want to shout out to Louise and chef (who I did ask for her name but I’ve forgotten by the time I got back to my room but they’ll know who she is she’s the steak queen) I didn’t want to sit downstairs wanted to chill in my room they were both accommodating and understanding 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 top notch staff here ❤️❤️

Me and my husband where very pleased with our stay.Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, great first impression of hotel. It was clean and very comfy beds.Food was good and great value for money.Hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Comfiest bed for a long time, really clean and nice and quiet. Staff were really helpful and the cleaning/room prep staff were so friendly and approachable; they even seemed happy in their work! Have stayed here before, and will do so again. The breakfast is really good value. Parking isn’t cheap, but then where is these days. Although it’s a chain, it felt very personable.

Basic hotel in need of a refurbishment and customer service staff training, particularly Kim on reception. We stayed over the Christmas holidays to visit family nearby and will not return. More like a travel lodge than a premier inn. Had unpleasant experiences with Receptionist Kim on both our nights here. Restaurant was shut on one evening and there’s nothing worthwhile in the area in walking distance. Bed was fine. Room basic.
