The payment method of the parking lot is not very clear. After staying for 2 days, I don’t know how to pay. The hotel staff‘s explanation is not very clear and needs to be improved.

On arrival we were given 2 disabled rooms as there were no others available. It wasn’t what I’d asked for but we had no other option as they said they were fully booked. I was very disappointed as both rooms had a musty smell, no windows that could open and no fan in the bathroom. It was very shabby and unclean.

The hotel is well run. Staff are very helpful. Rooms clean with great air-con. My room was quiet breakfast both hot and continental was tasty and plentiful. Will be back!!

I went with my sister for her 18th Birthday to watch Billie Eilish at the 02, the hotel staff after I told them this put a card, chocolates and a balloon in the room for her which I really appreciated. And as for the room it was great, and completely up to a great standard as I expect. Thank you to the Premier Inn Eltham staff for making our stay very special.

Excellent bed. So much so I would like to buy one. The WiFi was a bit of a let down. It delivered what was said on the packet. I didn't have breakfast, but family members who did said it was excellent.

Room 1110 was great, breakfast was very busy and somewhat manic, 5 min walk to DLR TRAIN HERONS QUAY/CANARY WHARF, no complaints, plenty to see around this area, access to central London via the tube & dlr train is easy, all in all it was an enjoyable stay 👍😎

popped in to have a breakfast (27/06/2025) and i have to say you get what you pay for as it was absolutely terrible bacon was raw on one side sausages were seriously undercooked inside and burn streaks on the outside, fried eggs were clearly squashed flat and flipped, scrambled egg was sloppy..... still the orange juice was nice and warm so wasn't all bad really wish i had taken some photos, I'm sure other locations have a chef that gives a £*@% but certainly not at this location never again....
