I have been here for three days and still have not had my room clean. I was told that they will not change the bed linen if personal items are left on the bed . I never heard such a crazy excuse. This is my third time staying at this hotel and every year we have an issue with the service. We stay here because it is close to our mother who is sick but we have to reconsider.

We were in room 103 during check in and the bathroom floor had a white film and strong smell of urine. We were moved to room 103 and one of the beds had a big sink in the bed. At 230 in the morning there was a huge fight in the hallway which lasted an hour until police arrived. After speaking to the general manager who was very dismissive with no hotel accountability stated the bathroom floor was like that because it was being treated with chemicals to correct a grout problem. The hallway fight was result of full capacity due to a family reunion. No excuse for the mattress or urine odor. As a Hilton Honor member I had to call Hilton for assistance. They were told that they would no longer take phone calls from me because I complained every time I visited which is untrue.

The Hampton Inn Roxboro, North Carolina, was a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and assistance a breeze. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except for Pam at front desk. Not friendly at ALL at checkin even tho we had a 2 night reservation. Please retrain her that a smile and kindness are FREE We enjoyed our clean room, beds and pillows are the best! May stay here again in the future.
