Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera (tripla, 204) spaziosa, bagno grandissimo con vasca e doccia, e nonostante fosse affacciata sulla strada, silenziosissima. Posizione ideale per visitare a piedi Rovereto e se si vogliono visitare altre località senza prendere la macchina, la stazione è a cinque minuti! Parcheggi comodi sia scoperti che in garage. Colazione ricca e soddisfacente. La piscina e l'idromassaggio, anche se piccoli, sono un piacevole relax al rientro da una giornata di visite!

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro,molto bella la hall e gli spazi comuni. La camera bella e pulita,ma il bagno poco funzionale:non c'è una piccola mensola dove appoggiare le proprie cose e nemmeno un gancio vicino al lavabo per una salvietta. La colazione non è certo quella che ci si aspetta in un quattro stelle,dolci industriali e macchinetta self service con coda obbligatoria. I posti auto per parcheggiare non sono sufficienti e costringono ad ulteriore esborso. Le ragazze alla reception tutte molto gentili.

Somebody entered in the room while I was sleeping saying that was testing the door locks. Short after a couple of people started to drill all room doors of the floor with an electric drill to replace the door locks. There was no notice of such work. This episode made me realize that at the hotel leon D'Oro they have no respect for the guests. It doesn't deserve to have 4 stars. Never again.

Hotel un po’ datato. Camere confortevoli, letto molto comodo, peccato per il bagno: un dito di muffa sotto al bordo del lavandino e uno zoccolo sporco intorno al bidè. Ottima la posizione, ma il rapporto qualità /prezzo non è buono.

Le camere sono belle e ben curate. Unico suggerimento: aggiungere nel bagno un paio di appendini x gli asciugamani, soprattutto vicino al lavabo. Ciò che invece non ci è piaciuto è stata la colazione. L’assortimento e’ abbastanza scarso e la qualità delle torte non è il massimo (una mattina erano addirittura gelate). Inoltre penso che un 4 stelle non possa non avere una caffettiera che prepari caffè e cappuccini al momento; e’ tutto self service e anche in questo caso di qualità non adeguata .

Hotel situato vicino alla stazione e al centro. Pulito e stanza grande. Non lo classificherei però in 4 stelle. Assolutamente da migliorare la colazione che è abbastanza scarsa (brioches piccoline, due torte confezionate, nessun prodotto locale e anche la parte salata è scarsa) . Anche i prodotti disponibili nel bagno in stanza sono limitati al sapone (niente shampoo o balsamo). Prezzo nella media.

L'Hotel è vicino alla stazione ed al centro di Rovereto. La struttura è moderna e funzionale, perfettamente riscaldata, con camere ampie e confortevoli. Personale professionale. Colazione con prodotti locali di eccellente qualità. Lo consiglio a chiunque passi per la affascinante cittadina di Rovereto.

8 December = Christmas markets. Where to go, if not to Trentino? Unfortunately my husband and I decide at the last moment so, in order to visit Trento (almost all the hotels are full), we decide to stay in Rovereto. The hotel seems nice, especially warm.. and the girls at the reception very kind. Unfortunately the room disappoints a bit. We chose a Classic (I think there weren't many choices), with a price that in my opinion was a bit expensive. Let's talk about the bathroom: the toilet didn't have the hygiene guarantee seal (well...), the bathroom floor was dirty with unidentified drops, there was dust on the top edge of the tiles and grease stains on the door. I also have it for the rest of the room: dirty marks on the wall, completely ruined door frame and a nice damp stain on the wall. The room is very nice, has good potential, if only it were looked after... as I would expect from a 4*. I'm confident in breakfast tomorrow morning! 🤞

I stayed at this hotel with my wife in August. Upon my arrival in the room I discovered that the air conditioning did not work properly and despite the complaints it was not possible to remedy the inconvenience...resulting in two sleepless and hot nights with open windows, noises of traffic and water flowing into the swimming pool. The reception staff was not very courteous. We will certainly not return to this four-star facility lacking in comfort with staff lacking empathy and professionalism.
