Terrible hotel that ruined my entire trip to Lapland. After I got off the airport, the only bus that could reach me was the CNY 100 bus. It took an hour or two to drive there, and the bus only ran every four hours. After I got there, I waited at the bus stop and the bus didn’t come. I called the hotel to inquire about it, but the hotel confirmed it for me. I hung up the phone immediately after receiving the message. I hung up twice and then didn’t answer the phone three times. Finally, I sat at a gas station all night. It was one of the worst stops in Europe.

It was a very good experience. Breakfast was perfect. The hotel room was very clean. Staff were friendly. The location is pretty close to ski school (walking to get to school from hotel is around 10 mins).
Will definitely go again.

Triple rooms as advertised are a twin room with a camper bed added leaving no room between beds, if advertised as a double plus then we would have known what to expect. Three adults were crammed in with little space for luggage, these are twin rooms only and should be advertised as 2 plus or 2 and a half for parents with a child. Not happy with the description of the rooms being advertised. We later found out they do have triple rooms but are more expensive, this also was not offered when we booked. please be sure if you are a party of 3 that you specifically get a triple room and not the twin plus.

Excellent! Lovely weather with snow and sunshine. Good outdoor activities, Restaurants etc. The best...a direct bus from Rovaniemi Airport right upto the Hotel door step:-)

This is only hotel for truck and bus driver just to sleep and get rest little bit on the way and continue to their drive by next morning. Dinner is terrible! Breakfast is terrible! Rooms are small, no lift and you cannot find any staff in the hotel. After 9 pm reception doesnt work, when you call for any help, they dont send anyone to room. Towels dont be changed 3 days as well room cleaning! Even you tell them to do, they are doing like they are making you a favour. If you dont need to stay, don’t stat but if you must stay due to not availability then prepare yourself for all these. Thanks

Perinteinen talvilomamatka aikuisten kesken aina ihanalle Pyhälle. Hotelli on sijainniltaan ylivertainen ja oheispalveluiltaan hyvä (sauna, Ärrä, kiva ravintola). Kokemuksesta jää kuitenkin vuosi toisensa jälkeen nihkeä tunnelma: palvelu on ankeaa ja kylmää. Laskureissuilla olisi mahdollisuus saavuttaa ihan oma tunnelmansa kun paikan työntekijöillä on hyvä fiilis ja josta asiakkaat pääsevät osaksi, ollaanhan potentiaalisesti yhteisen intohimon äärellä. Pyhällä pakolliset toiminnot hoituvat, mutta yhtään ylimääräistä tervehdystä, kiitosta tai kontaktia ei oteta. Myös paljon mainostetu hissilippuale jäi meiltä jo toista vuotta peräkkäin saamatta. Tästä kaikesta poikkeuksena aamiaishuoneen (uusi iloinen) henkilökunta ja aurinkoiset siivoojat!

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä ravintola, loistava sijainti aivan rinteen vieressä. Huone siisti ja hienot näkymät. Lattialämmitys eteisessä - sai hyvin monot kuiviksi yön aikana. Huonekohtainen lukollinen suksivarasto alakerrassa. Sängyt kaipaisivat patjojen uusintaa - muuten aivan mainio hotelli.
