Worst experience.. Owners sorry but u need to hire good manager . Your manager ashok does not know how to handle guest complain. he don't know to train staff how to talk to guest , u are just wasting ur money of him. waiter doesn't even know how to serve water , how to take order. food was served on chipped plates. Don't want write more we had a very bad experience . I am feeling very sorry prestige was one of spot where we enjoy our time just because u have a very gud server saroj .But today the manager spoiled everything we will make sure no one else doesn't spoil there gud time and it happened with us today . If u want maintain realtionship with your guest terminate this manager on immediate basis they are just spoiling your and hotel name.

This is not the only hotel; this is a red-light hotel.
Please, it's not a request; it's advice. Don't stay in this hotel. After the complimentary, they charged; they didn't follow any hotel rules; they argued all the time; and it was athis is not a only hotel, this is red light hotel.

No .. I recommend not to stay in this hotel . Room as well as bathroom not cleaned properly. Even shower not working . Staff behaviour is not good which has a big problem for me to stay in this hotel. Worst hotel ever

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

Horrible stay, although we had paid for the breakfast, they didn't arrange. We had to leave without that. Although we requested a non-smoking room, the room we got was not so. The bedding condition was terrible.

At least before showcasing the hotels at your webpage, kindly ensure that they provide each amenities which they advertising. Sometimes innocent customers feels like cheated as they don't even meet value for money criteria.
