Embassy Suites Round Rock was wonderful. Antonella, Esmeralda, and Karina were incredibly sweet and took great care of me at the front desk. They made me feel truly respected as a Diamond member and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We brought a team of about 30 individuals to stay here for a conference. From start to finish this was a great experience for us. Julian was so helpful in making sure our room reservations were correct and he handled us with lots of attention and care. Everything was fabulous and smooth because of him!

We had an incredible experience working with Julian Gutierrez and the rest of the Embassy Suites staff. We started our talks 1 year ago with Julian and figuring out how our wedding would be executed at this Embassy Suites. He took the time to carefully go over all the details of each day of this huge 3 day wedding event. It really spanned 4 days with our final farewell breakfast. Julian was able to take out time in his busy days to work with us about every detail. He was so kind and thoughtful. He went above and beyond even working with our wedding planner. My wife, Priyal and I, worked very closely with Julian when it came to the layouts of each event. It all went so smoothly because we all worked together with all the vendors, catering and decor to make sure it was all set up accordingly. I can’t say enough good things about Julian, he is a wonderful person to work with. By the end of this entire year together, we became such great friends. What an absolute delightful human. As a groom and bride. The actual wedding weekend becomes stressful but Julian made sure to take great care of us. We loved his genuine hospitality. You can’t go wrong by choosing to host your event at embassy suites because Julian will be there for you.

Attended my Round Rock New Neighbors monthly luncheon. The food was delicious and the facilities are clean and pleasant. PA system is very good. We’ve been having our luncheon meetings with Embassy Suites for over a year and are very happy there. Julian, Chef Juan and their staff are easy to work with and treat us well. Highly recommend using Embassy Suites for any type of event.

As a wedding planner and decorator, I had another opportunity to work with Embassy Suites on Oct 3rd for a wedding. As always, the staff, facility was clean, accomodating and helpful to our requirements and requests. Julian, and Chef Juan, especially were always ready to help in need, they are the best.
