I most certainly will stay here every time I am in the Austin, Texas area! If you read other reviews, you will understand why they are so high. This hotel also deserves a four star rating!

This hotel is very very low grade. Two starts is generous. The hotel smells like mold!! The carpets are coming apart at the seams in the corridors. The ceiling in the lobby is falling down and Levin at the front desk is rude, unprofessional and genuinely should not be working in the hospitality industry. I have been booking rooms at this hotel since May 2025 for my employees and had I known how bad this place was I would have moved to another hotel long ago. My bathroom had mold growing in it that looked like it had not been cleaned in months room 226. I am a platinum member with Wyndham and clearly that means nothing at this property. This is seriously a horrible hotel and the health department should be looking at it and inspecting rooms.

The staff is friendly! Because of all the construction around the area, this hotel has pretty much been taken over by contract workers. All the carpet in the hallways and stairwell is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. I did not go to the pool so cannot provide any information there. The breakfast is very basic toast, yogurt, fruit muffins and they do have a pancake machine. If you’re a contractor this is probably the hotel for you. for families looking for a nice place to stay, I would keep looking.

The room has a bad odor, the refrigerator was off cause when I took my water out the next day it was warm. the guest were too noisy but when I called the front desk, they were able to fix the problem

The room to our right kept banging on the wall so I had to go ask them to quit. The room to our left was an adjoining room (we did not ask for one) and the people were so loud. Had to call the front desk to ask them to quiet down. They were up at the crack of dawn shouting and they would stay up until midnight. They were so loud it was like they were in our room. Then they managed to set the fire alarm off. It was one thing after another. The walls are very thin!

If you sleep past break, there is a Waffle House in the next parking lot! Nice hot shower in the room and excellent a/c! Staff super friendly!
