We had the pleasure of two weekday stays recently and cannot praise enough this modern atmospheric hotel in a spectacular setting The common area is massive and you do not need to choose social distancing it is dictated by accident or design by the layout.Its floor to ceiling windows provide an ever-changing vista of the surrounding mountains.It is a chalet style but with a modern twist to provide a more open environment It has a range of high end modern eclectic art on its walls for sale providing an everchanging aesthetic environment The rooms are also of high standard and importantly the mattress is of utmost comfort.The deluxe rooms have a balcony with great mountain views By Swiss Standards the tariff is reasonable for what it offers We will return

Hôtel très cosy que nous apprécions énormément et dans lequel nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois. Le personnel est très serviable, le spa et la salle de sport très bien et les plats du restaurant sont délicieux. La cheminée centrale dans le lounge est splendide. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux au Rougemont & SPA grâce à l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, en plus de la beauté et du confort de cet hôtel. Alors que nous avions un petit problème avec notre chambre, nous avons été surclassés dans la suite penthouse sans frais supplémentaire : une attention magnifique de la part de l'hôtesse d'accueil que nous ne remercierons jamais assez ! Elle a fait de notre séjour un vrai paradis. Tout le personnel est très gentil, souriant et a à coeur de faire au mieux pour rendre le séjour parfait. On se sent tellement bien dans le lounge face à la montagne qu'on ne veut plus partir. Le buffet du déjeuner était particulièrement bien garni, des produits frais de qualité, des spécialités cuisinées sur place, très bon ! Cet hôtel est magnifique, une bulle de confort et de calme dans une nature très belle. Nous reviendrons sûrement et ne pouvons que conseiller cette très belle adresse

Lits très confortables, personnel attentionné, décoration (style chalet contemporain) soignée, atmosphère chaleureuse. Agréable espace spa pour se détendre. Petit détail : chambres plutôt sombres le soir, l'éclairage pourrait être amélioré.

C'est notre 4-me fois dans ce bel hôtel de montagne haut de gamme. Situé dans un cadre magnifique, il jouit d'une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La décoration est réalisée avec bcp de goût et minutie: style chalet avec une touche de modernité. Nous avons eus une chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain contemporaine et un lit king size très confortable! Ce que j'apprecie le plus, c'est l'accueil chaleureux du personnel! On se sent comme à la maison. Professionnel et à l'écoute, il sera vous mettre à l'aise, et vous guiderai tout au long de votre séjour. Je voudrais mentionner Andrew et Solène (au bar/salon) qui sont d'une grande gentilesse et sans prétentions. Votre service est impeccable.! La carte de menu est diversifiée et selon les saisons, les cocktails sont délicieux aussi. Merci à toute la team pour cette belle expérience ;) Nous avons adoré !

Dommage dommage. Qualité prix un Zéro. Bâtiment très beau, déco chambre cheap, canapé de mauvaise qualité, amneties stricte minimum. Le plus décevant est le personnel. Au petit déjeuner aucun service, la serveuse molle trop fatiguée pour se bouger. Au resto bar en bas, le personnel n’est pas soigné ni professionnel. Ils s’amusent bcp entre eux, tant mieux mais pas adéquat par rapport au prix standing hôtel. Les ongles long, les tatouages dans tous les sens les boucles d’oreilles en masse bref la base de l’hôtellerie est d’avoir une tenue soignée et un savoir être de base. On ne traite pas la clientèle à la loose comme des copains. Vraiment dommage le management est nulle

Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
