Traditional room in annex building with separate toilet, shower and bathtube. Some hooks for towels and coats could be useful. Terrace in front of the room. Cleaning could be improved, e.g. fresh towels. Nice pool and welness area although a bit small for the whole hotel. Free parking. Huge breakfast on the beautiful terrace.

Chambre confortable mais qui mérite un petit rafraichissement (tapisserie), restaurant de qualité, personnel à l'écoute et sympathique, spa agréable mais un peu petit (attente pour le sauna, jacuzzi ou hammam), belle vue sur la ville, domaine bien entretenu.

Superb location, great classic building with the urgent need for repairs. Our room was very spacious, old classic but very nice. Much too expensive in compharison what you get. The food was less than average, as I told the cook. Pasta pre cooked - reheated and served in glued to one piece, an insult for anything which had been fish or anything before cooking. There are great other locations specially for food, in the lovely town of Rouffach

Schönes Schloss in schöner Umgebung. Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre geraten (Bäder, Teppiche, Tapeten, etc.) aber vielleicht macht das gerade der Charm des Hauses aus. Schöner SPA Bereich mit Wirlpool und Innenpool. Grosses Aussenschwimmbad. Beautybehandlungen zu empfehlen. Schöner Garten. Hunde sind im Restaurant (Morgenessen sowie MIttag- und Abendessen) nicht erlaubt. Auch nicht auf der Terrasse. Die Möglichkeit in der Bar (einziger Ort, wo Hunde erlaubt sind) zu frühstücken ging leider ebenfalls nicht, auch wenn man das Frühstück selber am Buffet holt. Abers sonst ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We boekten het romantische verblijf voor 3 nachten in dit authentieke kasteel hotel midden tussen de wijngaarden. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt en het diner waren heerlijk en de bediening zoals het moet zijn, vlot en vriendelijk. De kamer (superior) kwam net uit een museum. Echt een kasteelkamer. Zeer ruime kamer met uitzicht over de wijngaard en Het stadje Rouffach. De kamer werd elke dag grondig gepoetst en de airco werkte perfect. Het waren zeer warme dagen tijdens ons verblijf. Gelukkig was er het prachtige buitenzwembad waar we elke dag ons half flesje champagne kregen. Het restaurant heeft ook een heel mooie wijnkaart. We hebben heerlijk kunnen genieten. Het is een ideale plek voor wie van romantiek houdt en om vanaf hier al de sprookjesdorpjes te bezoeken.
