Old hotel, there is an elevator that can't be used, it's very easy to go to the room, but the service is very good, the luggage can be lifted to the room and the front desk for help

Beautiful and charming hotel in a great location for exploring Rouen and surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Valet parking worked well and was much appreciated.
Lovely room with the turret bathroom fulfilling my childhood dreams! Some attention to detail needed as room was a little tired looking in places (carpet had stains on).
The big negative was that having emailed in advance to ask about vegan breakfast options, I was assured that the hotel catered for all dietary needs. It did not. The only thing I could eat for breakfast was fruit - there were no plant based yogurts, milks or any bread that was suitable for vegan diet. I did ask several different staff but in the end we drove to a Carrefour and bought plant-based yogurts, cheese and bread, so that I could eat something other than fruit for breakfast. This was disappointing for a hotel of this standard, when everything else about it was lovely.

Nous avons été au spa de cet hôtel .nous avions réservé une heure de massage mais celui ci n a pas duré mais plutot quarante minutes dommage pour un soin à ce tarif...piscine froide Je n y retournerai pas....cependant Le lieu était propre Le hammam très chaud Thé tisane à disposition
