Bien situé
La chambre est belle et propre. Bien située juste en face de la cathédrale, très belle vue. Par contre la salle de bain est quelque que peu vétuste et mériterait un rafraîchissement et le petit dej n'est pas de qualité du tout, rien de frais, pain de super marché.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!!

Ne vaut pas ses 3 étoiles
Dans la chambre "Eco", un bac à douche ancien, une salle de bain vétuste et moyennement propre, des cheveux dans le lavabo, dans la douche. Pas de sèche cheveux. Une odeur dans la chambre pas très agréable et un volet roulant manuel.
Petit déjeuner simple à 12€.

The hotel was in a wonderful location overlooking a cathedral square. Also the room was modern and very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Cardinal and I highly recommend this hotel.

Très satisfait de l’hôtel avec un des meilleurs emplacement de la ville face a la cathédrale de Rouen. Très propre et calme. La propriétaire est adorable et aux petits soins. Très enchanté de notre séjour à l’hôtel cardinal.

Propre et belle vue mais accueil et petit dej à te
Hôtel propre et fonctionnel avec vue direct sur la cathédrale de Rouen. L'hôtel est très propre.
Cependant l Accueil laisse franchement à désirer. UnePersonne seule pour tout gérer ; Ce qui implique que vous pouvez attendre une demi-heure devant la porte lors votre arrivée si Elle n’est pas là!
vraiment dommage.
Le numéro de téléphone est une ligne fixe qui sonne dans le vide la plupart du temps.
Le petit déjeuner est également au revoir : très peu de choix salés : pas d œufs ni bacon , incohérent au regard de la clientèle anglo-saxonne.
