We stayed for one night last Saturday night and couldn’t fault it. We went for a sea view junior suite with a balcony and it was charming. The room itself had everything you would expect and was very clean and clearly benefited from the renovation. I would always opt for air con which this room had. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast on Sunday was delicious and hot. I would happily return and look forward in doing so.

A very beautifull hotel with very lovely furniture and a wonderful view. Very sweet people working there, very helpfull. Very good beds and rooms, every things so lovely decorated. The Beach very Close to the hotel where very nice and the hotel have Towels for the Beach. We really loved it there.Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel itself, had a nice decor and the reception was very friendly. We booked a big room too spoil ourselves and had a great view over the sea. We also booked dinner at the hotel, as we came from a long trip. The restaurant looked really nice, but the food was a disaster. It looked nice, but tasted of nothing, weird or like it had been standing out all day... It was like a bad joke. The chef must have been on holiday and an inexperienced person had taken over....Such a shame, when the hotel itself was beautiful.

Thought we would give Sunday roast another try as we’re local to the area , wasn’t great last time we tried , but was good today couple of small issues but the staff were great and sorted for us we will definitely be returning, hopefully the standards stay high

We stayed for 2 nights b & b in a Junior Suite facing the sea. A very smart bathroom. Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea, fresh milk etc. Would have liked to have been able to open window more but there was air con. Lots of stairs to room. Staff all wonderful. Breakfast fine - attractive large dining room. Car park brill. Overall a lovely stay & we have booked again. Rottingdean is a very special place.

Recently stayed for one night but would absolutely return again Great location We enjoyed the Sunday roast and breakfast the following morning. The selection at breakfast was excellent and plentiful Staff were helpful and friendly. Nigel was very knowledgable and informative and a good ambassador for the hotel Room 101 did overlook the car park and had no air conditioning but was otherwise well appointed We liked the decor and can see the investment that has been made Clearly a popular place to visit for food and drink even if not staying the night We did find the acoustics in the bar/lounge meant to got very loud and noisy very quick

A lovely refurb but investment spoiled by front entrance....dead plants plus filthy windows.Pity as I had waited to visit until now.It is starting to look tired.

A lovely surprise! My friend and I booked separate rooms: mine the basic double facing High Street (a bit of street noise that fades in the night) and his facing the ocean (quieter). Our rooms were lovely, the staff friendly and helpful, and the little treats we received in our rooms were a nice touch. The decor was boutique-like and comfortable with modern, large bathrooms for the UK. This is a much better location (and price) than staying in Brighton if you like a more peaceful location with easy access to the city. The Coaster bus is right outside the hotel and an easy ride to/from Brighton and other locations. We ate breakfasts and one dinner in the restaurant, and all of it was high quality, tasty and with friendly wait staff. Would definitely stay again.
