Shortly before our planned stay, we had to cancel our city trip to Rotterdam, to our great regret, due to an injury. When we contacted Trip.com and the Mariott Hotel, who referred to each other, cancellation was not possible. We were certainly prepared to postpone our stay to a later period, but that also turned out not to be part of the policy. As a result, we did pay but were unable to enjoy the service, facilities and food at the Rotterdam Mariott Hotel. Too bad, very bad.
As requested above, we cannot assess hygiene, service and facilities, but because these are mandatory ratings, we have given them a 1 in order to be able to send our comment. We are certain that if we had stayed there, we would have given higher scores.
