Basic but functional hotel. Everything you need for a short stay in the center of Rotterdam. Basic but sufficient room, clean bathroom and equipped with everything you need. Kind and prepared staff, the common area is really large and functional. In the Trip.com Voucher it was written that the price I had paid included the City Tax, but at the reception they said that I had to pay it again, in any case a very low amount.
The location of the hotel is really very advantageous for accessing the city on foot.
Overall I would say excellent value for money, so I would recommend this Hotel.

There are many dirt marks on the walls
The room is relatively small
The headboard only has two USB heads and it can't power it
There is only one plug to boil water and the battery cannot be charged
The rooms near the road are noisier
