Great Breakfast

Travelers beware…My daughter and I stayed here on 7/19/25 and found bug droppings and dead lice bugs in the bed and dead beetle bug on the table. The room was very dirty with pop spills and filthy chipped walls. Do yourself a favor and pass this hotel. The company does not stand by their guest. You are left to deal with ramifications of being exposed to bugs in a hotel room.

Goldilocks had sat on our bed. Old, stained furniture. There to sleep not swim. Overnight male desk clerk sleeping at desk or coming from back room nearby-too chatty and gossipy wasting my time. Creepy guy nearby in 117 roaming hall, door opening and closing loudly several times at night no regard for others! Adapted for week-reason expense, meals elsewhere Cannot rate breakfast or hot beverages in lobby

I'll preface this review with saying that I am not a difficult person to please, have a pretty high tolerance for small issues and had very realistic expectations going into a stay at this hotel. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, didn't expect things to be top notch. I'll cut to the chase - Don't stay here unless cigarette burns on the bedsheets are acceptable to you. I was told I should have asked housekeeping to come change the bed (perhaps housekeeping should have caught that in the first place?), however, this was not an option since it was discovered once I already had a sleeping child in the bed next to mine. I've requested a refund for our room and the hotel will redeem itself greatly if it actually grants it. I was told my issue would be sent to their "refund department but it's not guaranteed". What else would have needed to happen to guarantee a refund? Disgusting. Stay tuned. The smaller stuff but now worth mentioning - - Mold in the drain tube for the dehumidifier at the pool. Gross. - Cracked lamp shades in the rooms - Hair in the drains - Dirt in the corners of the room - Cracked/broken plastic wall utility plates - Bathroom door couldn't shut completely The one and only VERY positive thing - - The woman who checked us in. Caucasian woman with glasses, hair pulled back in a bun. I only describe her because I did not catch her name and I'd love for her to get this positive feedback. She was so friendly and welcoming upon checkin, helpful with food recommendations and friendly as we later saw her around the hotel. Kudos to you. Breakfast had lots of choices, so that was positive too.

Was not able to stay at this hotel because I did not have the $250 deposit to be able to stay. I also wasn't able to get a refund back on my money. So they kept my $101 and I wasn't able to stay at the hotel. I will never be staying at this hotel again
