Travelers beware…My daughter and I stayed here on 7/19/25 and found bug droppings and dead lice bugs in the bed and dead beetle bug on the table. The room was very dirty with pop spills and filthy chipped walls. Do yourself a favor and pass this hotel. The company does not stand by their guest. You are left to deal with ramifications of being exposed to bugs in a hotel room.

Goldilocks had sat on our bed. Old, stained furniture. There to sleep not swim. Overnight male desk clerk sleeping at desk or coming from back room nearby-too chatty and gossipy wasting my time. Creepy guy nearby in 117 roaming hall, door opening and closing loudly several times at night no regard for others! Adapted for week-reason expense, meals elsewhere Cannot rate breakfast or hot beverages in lobby

The room was spotless. We chose a king room. Huge room and extra dressing room. Jacuzzi bathtub. Super quiet in the hotel. Breakfast had many Gluten Free options. First time I have gotten to have a good breakfast at a hotel. The staff was kind. Great stay!

Absolutely awful! Booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and another for a friend and her son. The rooms smelled like ashtrays upon entry and once we turned on the AC it began smelling musty and mildewy. The floor in our room was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black. When my friend called the front desk to say the room smelled so bad they couldn’t sleep nothing was done and they basically shrugged it off. Will NEVER stay here again. This place doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it.

Don’t bother
Smelled moldy, musty, and mildewy. No elevator, nothing ADA compliant. No hottub pool freezing even though advertised as heated.
