The hotel is very simply furnished. Few vegetarian options at breakfast. The fried egg was far too oily. Bad coffee, espresso costs extra. The fruit selection was not replenished. Staff was not friendly, rather disinterested and cold. Mass processing at breakfast and check-in/out. Water in the shower not hot. Rooms very thinly soundproof. We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend the hotel.

The air conditioner was not cold and very loud that i had to request for a room change. Before that, the housekeeper came in my room wearing his shoes and talk me very casually and unprofessionally as if I am his friend. Very disappointed and not recommended.

The room is nice but I paid for the Visa in advance and still need to return the room again
Get the Visa back later but it is inconvenient if the Company pays for the business trip.
