Hotel facilities and amenities were good. Especially the heated swimming pool and spas were fantastic day and night. The only minor issue was the noise from the heat pump ventilation sound. You have the option to turn it off, but it was too cold without it. Overall I would give 4.5 stars out of 5

#positive #I was happy with the Value for Money, Room Size, Bed Comfort Level, Natural Light in the Room; The photo on the hotel's website has a wrong one with a bed back. In fact, there is no such room. When I booked, I chose a room with a bed back for a better feeling, but there is actually no such room. Others meet our requirements and can be used for cooking. Although there is no air-conditioning, the location is good, and it is convenient to drive to the scenic spots, and the price is cheap. You can save some money by crossing the high-priced breakfast with this low-priced self-cooking. Parking is also convenient. All in all it should be close to good reviews

Hosts are still learning the English language. Some of the facilities might need upgrading like the tub and taps. But the place was clean and tidy. Can get good coffee and snacks 5mins walk from the location.

When I went there was a Chinese receptionist. I don’t know if the boss is Chinese, so the communication is very smooth. A typical motel, the room is simple but enough, it is very close to the parking lot, and the sound insulation is average. If you don’t sleep well, please think twice or prepare earplugs. The location is very good on the main street of Rotorua, not far from the government garden and Polynesian hot springs. If you drive, the parking spaces in the courtyard are limited and you may not be able to park. The parking spaces are full and you can stop on the street. It is recommended that the boss prepare a check-out key box. This can be checked out quickly without ringing the bell every time you go to the front desk

Generally speaking, although all the hotels booked during the self-driving trip around New Zealand may not be available in luxury hotels (after all, the population density is very low), basically all the hotel beds are very comfortable and clean, which is really important. Like the one I booked in Rotorua this time, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding and mattress were very comfortable, and there was an extra bed in the room. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has an oven, the bathroom has a washing machine, and it's very close to the busiest streets. The bedroom was nice And the kitchen was nice And everything is really clean And the reception person was really kind and nice But when I took a shower There was a cold water and hot water . Pros - good location, almost everything is within walking distance. The room is large, has everything you need, except maybe a washing machine, but it (and a dryer) are on the hotel grounds, for coins. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Cons - we got a room by the road, it was a bit noisy. The hot tub was outside and covered in dust, so we didn't use it.

Strategically located at the city center, this place offers great convenience to a lot of restaurants nearby. The infamous Polynesian spa is within walking distance (about 5 minutes walk) and other attractions such as government gardens, sulphur point, lake Rotorua etc. are within walking distance. We got a double room for more privacy, basic amenities are available but I do not think there is a hairdryer (I brought mine anyway) so prepare one if you were to stay here.

We recently stayed for two nights at Urban Lounge Rotorua, and it was a fantastic experience! The friendly staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. Although we didn't catch the name of the receptionist who assisted us during check-in, both she and Prasad were lovely. The facilities were excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. We also enjoyed the co-lab space, where my wife and I were able to get some work done. Overall, we felt we received great value for our money during our stay.
