Very nice view. Can see the Rotorua lake right at my backyard though it is shared. Very private area.

The hotel is in a very good location. The scenery is very beautiful. The service is also very good. The attitude is very good. The hotel does not have hot springs, but there are spas and saunas, which can be used for free. The only problem is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. You can hear any sound.

Absolutely gorgeous location right on the lake. Loved the hot tub and stepping out directly to the lake. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the coffee each morning. Highly recommend!
