Good enough
The motel is only a 15 minute bus ride from Rotorua centre. The motel is very dated and needs a refurbished. It was comfortable and spacious and clean. I would stay again

Clean(ish) Very dated.i would suggest it hasn’t been updated since 1972 The kitchen was not very well stocked. You couldn’t really cook a meal. You could cope with the above if ….. I didn’t come away covered in bites from bed bugs😩 Not the best scenario really!!!

Unit set back a good distance from main highway. The panel heater in the unit was not satisfactory, only an oil fired heater which took some time to warm up the unit. No shelving in shower for placing soap or shampoo etc. The guest towels left for use were on the sink area and should be away from where they would get wet when using the hand basin. The stove was the only place where a jug & toaster could be plugged in on one side only. The headboard to the single bed is not fixed so a cushion had to be placed between that and the wall to prevent it banging on the wall.
Despite all the aforementioned issues the unit was nice & clean & refreshing to come back into as my stay was for two nites.

Says hot pool, no hot pools. Wifi not working properly. For 3 days stays for 5 people only small carton of milk. No proper heaters only electric blankets.
