The only hotel with a bad review on this trip to New Zealand. I booked a city view room, but the front desk arranged room 101. The window is directly connected to the parking lot. How close is it? People in the parking lot can even walk directly to your window and knock on your window. It is very unsafe and there is no privacy. I communicated with the hotel to change rooms but to no avail. They said that it was arranged before, and this room belongs to the city view level. If you want to change rooms, you have to pay extra. I laughed at it. I paid the same room fee as others, but got a double bed room with parking view. Everyone should avoid it if you can, and don't let it affect your mood during the trip.
