Great location with warm Pool and two hot pools outside. Only in our point of view the bathroom is old (super loud AC is connected with the light in the bathroom, no flexible hand shower in the shower), gym is without fresh air and some equipment could be changed.

It was my first time staying at Rydges Rotaura. The waiters were very polite and the place was clean. The most special feature was the spa pool, which can make you relax all day long!

Now, the contract should have expired during the pandemic and the property has been taken back and operated by myself. I still think it is one of the more reliable hotels in Rotorua. For Chinese people, hotels are more convenient and safer, especially for families with children. Many Airbnbs are not very reliable.
