Rotherham East (M18/M1)

I had a lovely stay, everything was perfect and Alana on the front desk was soo lovely and welcoming. She made my stay even better :) I had a great dinner at the restaurant and would definitely recommend it to everyone that I know and come back soon.

The only reason this hotel and restaurant get a two is due to the staff, they are fantastic, the lady on reception on Monday 17/3 was lovely friendly and helpful, likewise the restaurant/Beefeater staff were friendly and helpful. However the restaurant of the stay was awful. The whole place needs bulldozing, it’s dirty and in a poor state. Premier Inn used to offer 💯 satisfaction, you can see why they don’t anymore. The food in the beefeater was also poor, to the point I left it and didn’t want anything else to eat, however the staff handled this fantastically. What’s happened to Beefeater, I remember when a beefeater was a nice place to eat. All in all it’s fair to say I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

On and off for the last 18 months I have been staying at the Premier Inn East in Rotherham. The staff are always happy to help with any issue or query and their service is second to none, with nice clean rooms and very comfy beds, plenty of parking and a very handy location being located in a good area with plenty of local amenities. I would highly recommend The Premier Inn to any one looking for accommodation in and around Rotherham.

Convenient location to where we needed to be & back to the area where we used to live 40 years ago. The hotel & beefeater staff are lovely & pleasant with nothing being any trouble. We have stayed at the Sheffield arena Premier inn recently & shows that quality level in the product comparison are miles apart the hotel & pub need a full refurbishment at Rotherham East M18.

Although a little late better late than never... Lovely hotel and even better staff big shout out to Leanne who couldn't do enough to help us on our few days with you, cleaned our room and was always on hand to get us anything we needed while we stayed we will definitely be back thank you

Met by bubbly, friendly staff. As the bar was closing at 10 pm and we had been travelling all day, Alana pointed out an 'extra' store nearby for a bottle of wine. She then came up 2 flights of stairs with glasses and a wine bucket. Over and above expected. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. Slight negative was toilet flush was poor, small amount of water so needed flushing several times.
