Good parking,comfortable accommodation,well stocked continental breakfast,very accommodating host. We have stayed before and would definitely visit again. The private seating area in the garden was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent and peaceful place to stay. Large room with super sized bed ....very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the breakfast...croissants, pain au chocolat, yogurt with raspberries, fresh fruit salads, cereals & choice of various teas and coffee. Thank you Kate

Fabulous! Visiting from new Zealand, we based ourselves here for a few nights whilst exploring the country gardens and stately homes in the area. Everything was brilliant - the location, the room, the breakfast, the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return on our next trip to England!

My second visit to this beautiful B and B , wonderful host, great breakfast with a selection of pastries and cereals available, fresh milk and juice in the fridge, as well as fresh fruit and yogurt, jams and spread. The homemade granola is delicious! Self contained unit , very peaceful clean and comfortable. It will be my first choice when I come back to this area.

Nicely located upstairs suite separate from the main house on a one acre plus property. Everything needed is supplied and as advertised. Very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful hosts. Local dining recommendations were excellent. Walks and nearby points of interest abound.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast situated in the British countryside between Hastings and Tunbridge Wells. The owner, Kate, is extremely friendly and helpful and gives good advice on restaurants. The bedroom is large and beautiful, the breakfast is continental and you can have it when you want as all the "ingredients" are left for you in the kitchen area of the room. There's also a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and lots of different teas and herbal teas. The milk, yoghurts, honey are locally produced . The homade granola is absolutely delicious ! I recommend this place +++++++

We have just come back from a weekend at this lovely place. It was very clean and comfortable and everything was beautifully thought out. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of beverages to suit all tastes. It was very peaceful and we were able to fully relax, and we both slept very well in the comfy bed. Communication with the host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again. There is a little social club across the road which opens three nights a week. The locals are all delighted to see new faces and we had a really fun evening in there.

We found this as we needed to be in the area, and a great find it is, off road parking, continental breakfast, warm and spacious room away from the main house, Quite little village but does have pub shop and a train station, we did not spend alot of time in the village due to nature of visit, but seems a nice place, and great for exploring this area of England, the host was very helpful and supplied the breakfast the night before so we could eat and drink with out time restrictions, great if your a late/early riser, all in all, great place, will stop again and can recommend.
