A wonderful hotel with an exceptionally kind and helpful staff. It is family run which is always my preference over corporate owned. The buffet breakfast was delicious and it was a perfect location in the old town. Everything was just a short walk.

Ein excellent geführtes und gepflegtes Familien Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Sehenwürdigkeiten in Rothenburg ob der Tauber sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren im Hochzeitszimmer, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist.

This property is a joy with a delightful staff. The welcoming lobby is beautifully decorated and has an 800 year old wooden support beam next to the front desk. There’s a charming garden to have cakes and drinks from 2:00-10:00 as well as a breakfast room to enjoy the included breakfast. Our room was the largest we have had on our trip and included a desk, sofa and rocking chair in addition to the bed and a large bathroom. We stayed two nights and requested more as soon as we checked in, but they were booked. Parking available on site for 10 euros per night.

Beautiful family owned hotel with excellent bones and well cared for. The room was huge and the bath modern and amazing. The staff was amazingly helpful to non-German speakers. Great place to stay while exploring this beautiful town. Walking distance to all the sites in the city walls.

The hotel is located inside the city walls and had parking for our car. We could walk to everything. They also had a delicious buffet breakfast. There is a lovely garden terrace that serves drinks out back. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, clean, and the hotel had air conditioning. The staff was polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Would recommend.

Great hotel - kind and helpful staff (even brought out umbrellas so we didn’t get wet from the taxi to the hotel), sparkling clean hotel room and bathroom, great breakfast, location is very close to the main square. Would definitely recommend
