Hotel situated right in front of the main beach. Staff is very friendly food reasonable great pool on roof with bar and stunning views of the sea. I would recommend to families and couples.

Perfect location but rooms vary! On arrival we were allocated room 120 ( might have been 130) which has an appalling view of industrial pipes and staff smoking areas. It was a disabled room, tired, tatty and no full height shower, only suitable for a wheelchair! If you were in a wheelchair chair there’s no way of getting onto the balcony either! Not our usual H10 standard by a million miles. We asked to be moved which the staff were able to organise for the next day. This room was massively better with a sea side view. More modern, spacious and not as tired. I got the impression most guests were b&b only as the food in the evenings was not replenished much. Really helpful, friendly, lovely staff especially the manager of the restaurant and Dylan. Food was ok not exciting, but fresh and tasty not that varied, no specialty nights. Loungers had signs on to say do not reserve but we struggled to find some unless we also reserved! Nobody enforced this. The layout of bar area and pool works well. The top floor view and pool are lovely but music to add a vibe would have been nice. Probably wouldn’t rebook based on comparison to other H10s.

We love this hotel, location is perfect and the kids entertainment my little one enjoyed his time with Clara. We spent time at the pool, beach and shopping in Palma.

Really enjoyed our stay at H10, only slight negative is on arrival at 1.30am, no water in room, we had to pay at reception. Generally, all hotels have one complimentary bottle on arrival. Also, trying to get a kettle is a nightmare and when you do , you have to buy the tea/coffee. Positives Lovely clean rooms. Cleaning are lovely. Dillon the Irish waiter at breakfast a credit to the hotel. Bar staff lovely and friendly Clara the personal trainer really nice, great aqua aerobics and stretch. Would love a little more yoga and pilates on itenary. Infinity pool area is amazing, however, the beds are so close to the edge, one wrong movement and bad accident waiting to happen My father is less mobile and not enough room to safely get up and down. Need handrails up and down. Location amazing Breakfast is average, the best part is lovely lady cooking amazing omelettes. The sunbeds on top floor a little pricey given food selection is limited and you need to pay 40 euros for food and drink and 20 euros for bed. I think 30 euros is fair and if you want to eat and drink you can. Another suggestion would be a live guitarist, singer by the pool one day a week and in the bar.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views. Very clean. Friendly staff and amazing food. You get everything you can think of at the breakfast Buffett. My son’s personal favourite was donuts and waffles! Set in a beautiful location opposite the beach and close to amenities, including great bars and restaurants. It has three lovely pools, one heated, including an infinity pool with amazing panoramic views. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! It also has good disabled facilities including mobility scooters to hire if needed at a very reasonable price.

Superior room is spacious with a fabulous view of the sea. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options and they accommodated gluten free excellently. Plenty of sunbeds and none of the usual races for them in the mornings. Lovely area with lots of evening entertainment and food choices. Overall relaxing and lovely.
