Although I was completely unaware of the current construction, I LOVED this hotel. The renovated room was the best feature, as well as the customer service. Yes, they don’t have breakfast at the time but they are doing their best & I love that for them! I will stay again.

They ran out of waffle mix at 8:00 and I asked them to make more since breakfast ends at 10:00 and the lady was rude and said breakfast was at 7:00 so she wasn’t gonna make more. Then there was no cereal, also don’t get coffee at the front they charge you for it.

I understood that the property was in the middle of renovation. However, the areas which were not under construction was also dirty.

Place is a DUMP! Door didn't lock from the inside in my first room and the door is coming off the hinge in my second room - I have to lift the door to close it.

It was very dirty, dirty towels with stains, dirty blankets and pillows a ton of little mosquitoes all over me while I’m sleeping and when I go to the bathroom. It’s a no smoking room but the whole place smelled like cigarettes and it just looks like they don’t clean the place at all!

They are currently under renovations. The Reno did not affect me in any way. I can’t wait to see the newly renovated Hotel.
