Не рекомендую от слова совсем !!! Миллион раз переспросила номер точно нормальный , чистый , комфортный ???? Обещали что все отлично , приехали в 2 ночи выбора не оставалось . Три раза переспросила 2 отдельные кровати нужны нам , приехали в 2 ночи пришлось на пару с охранником раздвигать кровати. Грязно , пыльно , подушки , одеяло старые скомканные , всю ночь чесалась . Минусов море.

Останавливались на одну ночь по пути на юг. Приветливый персонал, нашлись два номера без предварительной брони. Заселились без проблем, номера просторные, чистые. Белоснежное белье, хорошие матрасы и подушки, хорошо работающие кондиционеры. В номерах присутствовали зубные наборы, косметические принадлежности, тапочки.Утром был предложен завтрак за отдельную плату, мы посчитали что 600 рублей с человека-это вполне приемлемая цена за хороший завтрак! Завтрак по типу шведский стол, вполне разнообразный и вкусный! Решили для себя, что будем останавливаться и в будущем в этом отеле на ночлег.

Забронировал два номера с ранним заездом, (ранний заезд стоит пол суток плюс). Обещали к 6-7 утра пустить в номер. В итоге когда приехали в 5 утра уставшие от дороги с Москвы не просунувшая девушка на ресепшене сказала что может пустить не раньше 13 00 , не смотря на то что счёт был выставлен с ранним заездам +50%. И зевнув удалилась дальше спать))) и с 5 утра до 8 мы искали другой отель!!! Вопрос зачем врать и обманывать!!! Будьте внимательны без ответственное отношение!!! Могу представить на каком уровне остальной сервис в этом отеле!!!
