Нет слов, чтобы выразить благодарность администрации гостиницы в лице Светланы Васильевны. Она смогла внепланово разместить нашу группу из 36 детей и 6 взрослых. Дети приехали на спортивные сборы, но база , которая была запланирована оказалась настолько непригодна для проживания детей, да и не только, что поездка была под угрозой срыва. Но благодаря отзывчивости администратора, посещение прекрасного города Ростова состоялось. Номера небольшие, чистые. Вид из окон на красивую улицу. Если жарко, в номер приносят вентилятор. Есть прачечная, чтобы постираться. В номерах есть все необходимое. Персонал весь очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Пока оформлялись детям успели приготовить обед. Детям все понравилось. Родители пообедали в ресторане. Еда вся вкусная, ценник очень приемлимый. Есть зал для проведения детских праздников. Отдельный зал для проведения банкетов для взрослых. Все очень уютно оформлено. Ещё раз спасибо огромное за неравнодушие!

Не рекомендую данное заведение Решили отметить день рождения мамы Что было на столе,очень разочаровало Особенно мухи сидящие на салатах и нарезках Отношение хамское,ни какого взаимопонимания! Фрукты и спиртное своё приносить стало запрещено,раньше обслуживание было на много лучше,разочаровали.

Отель нашли с трудом почему-то, хотя он расположен в самом центре города, но дом довольно большой и с какой стороны отель - не понятно. Но он, к счастью, все же нашелся. Администратор приветливая, поменяла нам номер на менее шумный (в дни нашего пребывания был день города и на центральных улицах долго орали подвыпившие отдыхающие). Но в целом, конечно, отель очень уставший - и ресепшен и сам номер довольно обшарпанные и совсем не современные. Отель годится на то, чтобы просто переночевать без особых изысков. Нас все устроило. Но в следующий раз остановились бы лучше в доме Плешанова, там понравилось больше, когда ходили на экскурсию к ним в пряничную.

Супер отель в самом центре Ростова! Хоть немного в совковом стиле,но все чисто и опрятно.Все нам очень понравилось,персонал вежливый и отзывчивый,заселили нас немного раньше назначенного времени без проблем! Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные!

Отличная гостиница: вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки с выбором вариантов для детей и взрослых, комфортабельные номера. Вид из окна на Ростовский кремль! Рядом магазины, кафе, все в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую ))))
