We used Clorox wipes to check the floor and was very dirty. Bed was used with hair all over the sheets. Unknown red splatter inside toilet. They changed rooms but the 2nd one was smelly, and they never did housekeeping even after request

A bad experience. Ik you want to sleep on a highway and enjoy the trafficnoise book this hotel. Breakfast : - This was the second time on our trip we stayed at a .... by Hilton inn. The first Windham by Hilton : hair in shower, dust on shelfs and on bedlights. Never again!!

Stayed four nights, Thur-Mon, in late June. "Full Service Housekeeping" we were told is every 2nd day but they missed us so we reminded both the housekeeper and front desk on the 3rd day that we needed "full service." Late in the day they showed up but failed to replace the empty facial tissue box as well as the empty toilet paper rolls. Sigh. There is no coffeemaker in the room (but there is a mini frig). We bought a $20 K-cup compatible coffee maker at Walmart. Ample creamers are in the lobby with the advertised "24 hour Lavazzi coffee." There is no pool but there is a small work out room. There is no bathtub but there is a shower with bulk products "Not Soap Radio" brand (lids come off easily so not particularly sanitary). Two bath towels, two hand towels, two face cloths, one bath mat have all lost their "fluff" long ago. Decent water pressure with 1 bar of soap along with bulk liquid soap and lotion dispensers. Mattresses are a bit smaller than the platforms on which they sit so the corners protrude. We bumped the corners numerous times passing the as the rooms are quite small. The rooms ending in -02 to -10 are quite close to a traffic light where accelerating cars and trucks can give significant road noise through the thin walls. Air flow is good with a quiet fan kept on low to keep air circulation going. TV has about 30 stations but no channel numbers. TV is a big screen good quality. There are no restaurants within walking distance despite being adjacent to 5 large chain hotels. There is one gas station with a minimart across the four-lane Avenue Road. A car is mandatory to get anywhere else. If you just need a crash pad and have low expectations if feels enough to be clean most of the time.

Nice, clean hotel with easy access to highway. We only needed a one night's stay to take a break in our road trip and this was really good for that. Smaller room, but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and good pillows. We appreciated the available coffee, but did not check out the free breakfast. Nice to have a fridge, big TV and good wifi. Staff was very helpful too and check in/out was quick. Only complaint was that the bathroom lights were so bright! One switch turned on the mirror, overhead and shower light.
