Horrible and never would recommend it. First, when we arrived my phone's digital door key didn't open on the back door where we parked. The tv doesn't display my name when I get into the room (like other Hilton hotels do). Neither of those are important compared to what happened next. There was someone else's hair in the shower drain when we arrived. There is no place to open up a suitcase in here. The wall-mounted furniture is thin and the walking space between that and bed is also narrow so if you balanced your open suitcase somehow on the furniture, you would smash into it in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom. In the morning I got in the shower only to find that the wall-mounted shampoo and conditioner were empty. I got out, walked to the room's phone, fell on the bedroom's uncarpeted floor and when I tried to call the front desk and also housekeeping, got a busy signal for several tries. The handsoap next to the bathroom sink was also empty. Just poorly designed and never will go to a Tru hotel again. As for the soap and hair, I truly believe this comes down to payroll. If someone was paid fairly or even generously for their thankless job cleaning hotel rooms, users would see a better level of service. The staff we met in the hallway couldn't be nicer and I don't honestly blame them.
