Excellent welcoming staff. Very good quality breakfast efficiently served with a smile. Plenty of parking although the directions to the hotel need rêvision. Ledbury Road and the road towards Ledbury are different . Comfy bed and clean facilities

Two born and bred English people wanted to use English currency in the United Kingdom were turned away because they had no photo identification for a grand total of £105 for the one night bed only.We didn’t pack our passports as we were going for a short holiday break in the our own country.

The staff made up for a tired room. Room was very dated and things either not working or bodged. The staff were exceptionally good and the chefs made the best breakfast I think I’ve ever had at a premiere. So sort out the rooms management and you’ll have an 11/10 .. Thanks to the staff again x

Never again! To be told two days prior to our arrival that our booked and paid for breakfast was being cancelled, due to staff shortages, was not ideal. Then to be woken up by contractors drilling and hammering at 9am, was a shock to the system. Rooms are tired and staff not interested. We have stayed at this Premier Inn 10-15 times, this time, will be the last time staying here.

I travelled 3 hours from Yorkshire to attend the Wassail at Westons Cider Mill. My friend travelled an hour from Bristol. Unfortunately the Wassail on the 4th of January was cancelled due to a severe weather warning. We had been booked into the Premier Inn at Ross on Wye, but to further ruin our plans, my friends car broke down on the way, and the AA towed her to a garage in Hereford. We had other friends who had travelled 200 miles to attend the Wassail staying at the Travel Inn in Hereford. My friend rang the Premier Inn in Hereford and spoke to a lovely lady called Jennifer, who explained that we couldn't transfer our booking to the Hereford one, but advised us to cancel that booking, rebook at the Hereford Premier Inn and she would write a note to customer services explaining the situation and requesting a refund as we were still going to be staying at a Premier Inn and circumstances were out of our control. She was very understanding to my friends dilemma and was very kind and reassuring to her, as she was very upset about the whole situation with her car and where we were going to be able to stay, due to the weather and car situation. Jennifer went out of her way to offer excellent customer service to help us both out. We are still waiting to see if we will get a refund, but Jennifer was fairly certain that we would due to the circumstances. I can't thank her enough for all her help. The staff at Hereford were also really lovely and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can thank the staff at Premier Inn enough.

Overall the hotel is good as are most premiers, good free car parking and WiFi, there is a small bar/restaurant/breakfast room, but no toilet facilities (use room or staff toilet) the food was good and great value for money we did the meal deal which was 2 course dinner and drink and breakfast. Unfortunately we had some very noisy guests next to us that were having a row with slamming n banging which shook our room. The fire alarm went of in the morning which raised many safety concerns with myself and other guests. Which I have addressed with the hotel, with suggestions for improvements. We have stopped here a couple of times before and will more than likely stop there again as we have family in the area. Would definitely recommend it as a good place to stop with great value for money.

Stayed 1 night in Jan 25 Good - easy fast check in at reception , must enter car reg into reception to get free parking with ANPR on entrance , decent waiter served hot breakfast in new internal restaurant. Bad - room dated and cold with damage to some walls, linked restaurant closed down but hotel sent email prior to booking date stating limited food availability in internal restaurant, hotel looked tired with exception of new restaurant

The place is so run down, enormous potholes on approach, everything shabby, boards creaking. Friendly staff, but was sent to a room with known maintenance issues (there was a panel off the toilet and I eventually realiesd the way the objects were placed around the floor meant it shouldn't be used. I had to be moved, then the pillows were so uncomfortable, the cooked breakfast food was awful quality and badly prepared, I couldn't eat the bacon it was like meaty plastic, and despite their friendliness the staff were just standing round chatting, so I was left standing alone in the middle of an empty dining room and had to go and hassle them in reception (even though they'd directed me to the breakfast room). The coffee was good, but that's it. You would be better getting an AirBnB.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to Ross on Wye. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and bedding. We found out on arrival that the Beefeater next door (normally used for breakfast and dinner) had closed down so we expected breakfast to be a disappointment. However the hotel has now built a new restaurant inside the hotel For breakfast and dinner which is very warm, stylish and inviting. The staff and service in there were delightful and this is such a vast improvement to the hotel. We would like the give a special mention to Julia working in the restaurant in the evening who was so friendly and helpful. She really made us feel welcome and was so attentive which makes the Premier inn restaurant feel more personal. Food was simple but effective at offering what most people need to be satisfied while staying a night or two in a Premier Inn. Breakfast in the morning was the normal great quality where all hot food Is cooked to order. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times for seeing family who live nearby, and now with the internal bar and restaurant we will definitely stay here again.
