Réservation sur Booking, à La Voile Rouge de ROSPORDEN pour 2 nuits du 29/07/25 au 31/07/25.. confirmation reçue par mail fin juin 2025. Annulation payante , du montant de ma réservation = 129€ Le mardi 29/07 , j’arrive à 18h , après plusieurs heures de route , et je me retrouve devant un hôtel fermé.. personne ne répond au tel , je tombe systématiquement sur le répondeur de l’hôtel .. SUR LA PORTE DE L’HÔTEL , UN AVIS DE FERMETURE ADMINISTRATIVE POUR PROTECTION DES USAGERS, QUI STIPULE LA FERMETURE DE L’ETABLISSEMENT DEPUIS LE 11/07/2025 JUSQU’À NOUVEL ORDRE .. JE SUIS FURIEUX, Car personne ne répond au téléphone, j’ai même écrit à l’hôtel, j’attends toujours une réponse. J’ai donc déclenché un dossier litige sur mon compte PayPal , j’ai aussi informé Booking de cette mésaventure. J’espère récupérer mon argent. C’est une honte, je me retrouve donc à chercher un hôtel en urgence .

Zonder opgaaf van redenen is - enkele dagen voordat we zouden arriveren - onze reservering geschrapt! Dit viel midden in onze rondreis door Frankrijk & Spanje. Hierdoor moesten wij een oplossing zoeken om niet in de problemen te komen. Jammer genoeg kan ik niet minder dan 1 punt toekennen, want dit is wel zeer onprofessioneel. Ook op een vraag van mij wordt niet gereageerd.

L’hotel è stato chiuso dalla municipalità di Rosporden per problematiche strutturali e agli ospiti, come me, che avevano prenotato (e già pagato) il soggiorno non è stato dato alcun avviso,facendoci ritrovare, a tarda sera, nel bel mezzo di niente e con due bambini piccoli, a dover cercare alloggio alternativo. Pessimi.

Pluie d'étoiles sur la voile rouge
Cet hébergement répondait parfaitement à mes critères, en termes d'accueil, de confort, de propreté, etc.
La chaise haute quand il n'y a pas d'enfant en bas âge, quelle en aurait été l'utilité?
La demi pension est plus qu'honorable. Le personnel se plie en quatre pour être agréable avec les clients.
C'est super, pas besoin d'aller dans un quatre ou cinq étoile pour être bien recu. Un client poli et bien éduqué est toujours bien accueilli.

Le personnel est trés sympa, l'hotel par contre ne vaut absolument pas 3 étoiles! Prises murales non fixées, un vieux rideau occultant sur des tringles de fortune, des carreaux manquants a la salle de bain ,une chasse d'eau dont il faut fermer l'arrivee d'eau pour pouvoir dormir...Le petit déjeuner peu varié.
La literie par contre est très bien!
