Hotel provided us with a nice overnight stay. The continental breakfast consisted of fruit, cereal, bagels and sausage/egg/cheese sandwiches. Was not happy that it was a pet friendly hotel as we had several encounters with owners and their pets near the elevators. Nothing serious happened just preferred that I didn't have to share space with furry animals. Did not think this was clearly stated on their website but seems like that is the norm in this area.

Clean hotel
Decent hotel for the price! Small room but that was fine. Only negative was the bathroom light is motion activated so it’s super bright at night.

The hotel is a clean, somewhat inexpensive option. The room was small, but included an iron and small fridge. Towels were changed daily. Staffing seemed a bit bare boned and not overly friendly. While the breakfast option included name brand breakfast sandwiches, a nice change of pace from normal hotel "free breakfast", there was no unflavored coffee creamer available and the fresh fruit often looked anything but.

I’ve traveled a lot for work over the years and stayed at a lot of different properties. This was my first time at Avid and I was very impressed by how updated and clean everything was.
Most hotels I stay at always have something small that’s not a huge deal but it is an annoyance, like outlets that don’t work or not enough surfaces for your suitcase and bags. They’ve thought about the details.
I was pleasantly surprised with my first stay. I’ll definitely add this to my list for future visits.

Bed was a 10/10!
VERY comfy bed and a clean, well designed room! Was super dog friendly and the pet fee was less than 7 out of the 9 hotels we stayed at on our cross country road trip. They were also very accommodating for late check out which is normally 11am but we stayed until noon. Free breakfast and the coffee bar was excellent. For the price vs. other comparable hotels in the area, you can’t beat this place! Super convenient location as well.

Reasonable rate, convenient to just about everything we wanted to cover! Very clean room, helpful staff. My ONLY complaint was that it was somewhat challenging to control the room temp. Couldn't find that happy medium...
