The staff at the hotel were friendly despite the challenges they may face with their budget-conscious clientele. They actively monitor the parking lot and require guests to display a placard on their vehicle, ensuring security. However, there were a couple of notable issues during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite dirty and struggled to cool effectively. After cleaning the filters, which were clogged with dust and dirt, it performed better. Secondly, the bathroom curtain rod had been ripped from the wall and was barely holding up. One unique feature of this hotel is the hardwood floors in the hallways, which undoubtedly simplify cleaning compared to carpeted floors. Overall, considering the price point, I found the experience to be acceptable. While there were some drawbacks, the friendly staff and adequate amenities balanced out the minor inconveniences.

I recently found myself in a pinch and needed a cheap motel room fast! I found Norwood Inn and suites in Roseville Minnesota through a quick google search. I was able to get a room for under $50 a night through Trip. To my surprise Norwood Inn and suites was a full functioning hotel with a pool, continental, breakfast, and modern amenities, comparable to any major hotel chain. The front desk and rest of staff were first rate! I recommend this place to anyone looking to book a cheap but nice place to stay in the Twin Cities.

There was blood on the blanket holes in the carpet and stains on everything gang sines on the walls and the room was absolutely disgusting there was even bullet holes in the walls.
I didn’t get a refund for the room and they also took a 100 deposit and kept it. This was the worst place I wouldn’t let any human stay their I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there.
