Holiday Inn Express Roseville-ST. Paul

There was no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed in room. Check in was good. No hot tub that was a big down fall, pool was clean. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok with some options. Coffee station was not running when we checked in at 4pm.

WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR A HOCKEY TOURNAMENT IN BLAINE. THE HOTEL WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND ALLOWED OUR FAMILIES TO USE THE BREAKFAST AREA FOR GATHERING & ALSO WAS UNDERSTANDING TO ALLOW OUR KIDS TO HAVE FUN AND BE KIDS. I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE STAYING IN THE AREA FOR HOCKEY TO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY AGAIN!

Convenient location, quite env

OK value stay in Minneapolis area The hotel was understaffed at check-in. We waited 5+ minutes at the front desk to check-in. The beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator in the room did not work, which didn't matter for us but should have been checked. The room had an odd smell when we arrived but seemed to abate. The hotel backs up to a trucking company so lots of back up beeping early in the morning. Breakfast was managed as best it could be with the crowd.

Rooms were sufficient

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The manager “Theresa Martinez” will change your reservation and move your things out of your room without any notice or consent. Me and my family checked into this Holiday Inn with a reservation extending from Friday night to Sunday morning. We left Saturday to do our outing and hoping to come back to our room 509 for a nights rest. Upon arriving to our room. Our key cards were denied access and me and my family hearing someone else in OUR ROOM! We immediately went down to the front desk to ask why there was a stranger in our room and if our reservation changed. The front desk worker said THE MANAGER “Theresa Martinez” changed our reservation to checkout Saturday night instead of Sunday morning giving our room away to another customer. The front desk worker said he tried calling us and was unable to reach us. We showed him our phone calls list and my family did not receive or miss calls from any Holiday Inn Express in Roseville- St Paul. Our things were moved out of room 509 without our knowledge or consent, mind you with my wife’s wedding ring inside our room! At the end of the day we were moved to a new room with just a little deduction from our stay. Why did the manager have the audacity to change our reservation without any explanation or communication to us!?! Make it make sense. IT DOESNT! We filed a report to corporate and waiting for a direct call from the manager. Again the manger is Theresa Martinez. Do not book here. Go somewhere else. They do not have mangers working on the weekends which you can not speak to anyone higher than a front desk worker until Monday.
