Malheureusement ils ont tous les moyens pour s’améliorer, sauf y a pas d’animation le service au bar est très lent
Pas d’activité au bord de la piscine pas de parasols pas de cendrier sur les tables
Par contre la propreté et au top et le restaurant et au top
Les employés sont gentils mais pas assez d’expérience malheureusement
Pour nous c’est pas un hôtel 4 étoile c’est 3 étoiles plus tôt

Hemos estado tres dias hospedados con pensión completa y ha sido la peor experiencia hotelera de nuestra vida. El personal totalmente quemado, agobiado, sin experiencia, sin espíritu de servicio, sin ganas de trabajar. Su mal estar y mala educación la volcaban continuamente en los huéspedes. En cuanto al self-service, sólo decir que en cualquier casa de este país (por humilde que sea), un domingo hay más platos. Mucha fritanga, poco y malo. Se etiqueta como 4 estrellas, cuando no debería alcanzar ni media.

Hôtel bien situé au calme. Le personnel est vraiment aimable, serviable et parle parfaitement français. Etant à peu près les seuls clients, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du dîner buffet, mais nous pouvions choisir nos plats dans un menu. C'était tout à fait satisfaisant. Une petite remarque : les chambres n'étaient pas très grandes. Nous aurions aimé un fauteuil ou un canapé en plus de la chaise, comme c'est le cas dans beaucoup de 4 étoiles.

Zero disabled facilities, shower had a step. Great view but that was it , staff very good.parking too far away , no disabled parking near the entrance
