The service is very poor, especially the shuttle service. I strongly recommend you to avoid it. It takes a long time to pick up the airport. Several cars from other hotels went there but they didn't show up. It's ok to not have a seat for the airport drop-off, but they insisted that they didn't have a reservation. Trash.

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful.
The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable.
I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.
