Stayed at this location while seeing a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk up the street. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle as well. Staff are all super welcoming and happy to assist. Was offered complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers upon check in.

It's fine for where and what it is. Unfortunately I waited forever at the airport for the shuttle and it never came so I had to hop on a neighboring hotel's shuttle and then walk over. BECAUSE I GUESS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER NEEDED HIS AFTERNOON NAP.

This hotel turned out great, not only was room very very clean, location was excellent one subway stop from O'Hare and one block from a shopping outlet where there is a good size food court, also 7 eleven. Not much in term of view but didn't really come here for the view. Construction in lobby is really slow moving and annoying, and the joke of a business center is just one computer in lobby area and a broken printer, kinda hard if you need something printed. Front desk guy kept telling me where the restroom was without listening to the question, which was kind of rude, but overall a very nice stay!

I can walk to the car rental center from the hotel, two large beds in separated room space for more privacy but they shared the same toilet.

Hotel is at a good location, within walking distance to the train station @ Rosemont. Commute to downtown Chicago was a breeze and cheap from here. Room is at the right size and cozy. This hotel has the best TV, big and plenty of channel to watch. It has personalised message for the guest too, which is really nice. Just a note to the property owner. The room cleaning is not up to the mark for this establishment. There are visible dust on the side table and small droplet of food on the floor. The hotel did not even make up the room the next day, even though request has been passed to the front desk that we require room cleaning. Overall, it is a nice hotel and a good one to stay if you want to have a rest over before a long distance flight from O'hare airport.

The Sheraton Hotel is in a good location, only about 1-2 kilometers away from the airport; the room suite has a living room and a small bar, which is very convenient for washing fruits and the like, and the small guest room also has windows; the guest room is large and the bathroom is spacious and bright. The only thing is that the facilities are a bit old, but the cleaning is very clean and the front desk reception is also very NICE!

The best place to stay if you’re attending a concert at the Allstate Arena. It’s just a short walk away from the venue and has a lot of stores close by.

I visited suddenly, but it was cleaner and nicer than I thought. There is occasional airport noise, but that's okay. I recommend it.

It is very close to the airport. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes. It is very convenient. The room is large, comfortable and quiet. Because I leave at night until early morning, I don't pay attention to the surrounding area of ​​the hotel. In short, it is very suitable for connecting flights.

I enjoyed strolling through familiar streets, reminiscing about my childhood adventures, and rediscovering hidden gems in the area. For guests with a penchant for history and local culture, the hotel's surroundings offer a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored. However, it's essential to address the drawbacks. The aging facilities of the Part Hotel were noticeable, with some rooms showing signs of wear and tear. The recurring issue of unpleasant odors in certain rooms was disappointing, prompting me to switch accommodations multiple times during my stay. While the staff did their best to mitigate these issues, it detracted from the overall experience and left room for improvement in the hotel's maintenance. In conclusion, my stay at the Part Hotel was a mix of nostalgia, excellent service, and room for improvement. While the historic charm and personalized attention from the staff were highlights of my visit, the outdated facilities and recurring odor issues were areas of concern. Nevertheless, the hotel's unique ambiance and convenient location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a glimpse into Shanghai's past. With some refurbishments and attention to detail, the Part Hotel has the potential to elevate its offering and provide an even more memorable experience for guests.
