First time at this hotel
The hotel was clean but special attention required round the shower. The food was great the service was excellent.
The bar staff were great especially Jane she kept us all entertained she was brilliant.
The only criticism i have is the mattress in my room wasn't very comfortable could do with an upgrade apart from that i really enjoyed my stay. Having a disability the bathroom could do with hand rails in the shower and beside the toilet.
I would recommend this hotel, I will be returning for another weekend in July.

Great place but several details let them down
Returning after 2 years, got the same room with the same experience - great location, lovely people, terrific breakfast, safe parking, good room and generally clean, but tired and uncomfortable mattress, bathroom door not closing, and mould in the shower.

Never again
Not for me. Wrong breakfast given and for the woman to remove a black pudding from my plate and give to another guest was downright disgusting.
Pad Thai for dinner was more chow main as no peanuts were near it.
Put in room 5 on a stairwell and lucky I got 4 hours sleep with all the noise.
Won’t be back.

Would not recommend room 5
I was in Room 5. The Door rattled every time some went next door. It sounded like someone was trying to get into the room.
The air conditioning units made a bit of noise. Lucky I had my earplugs. I move stayed before the other rooms I’ve been in have been much better.

Everyone was friendly. We had dinner with family in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
The location is beautiful and the views are stunning.
