A++. We don't usually spend this much on a single night, last minute stay, but all of the previous reviews talked about how clean the rooms are since it's a new building and that was enough for me. But after staying, we definitely felt like it was worth the "splurge." All staff was friendly, from the front desk to the custodial staff just passing in the halls. A lot of complimentary bonuses which was nice since we were unprepared for our stay. Great breakfast variety and quality, and it was actually staffed with multiple people. Easy access from the interstate and to many restaurants and grocery stores. Honestly felt like some of our 5 star hotel stays.

On our return trip to Roseburg we were happy to find this nice Hilton Hotel. The staff was very efficient and friendly at check in and the room was large and comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was quite nice and complimentary. The only thing I can recommend to have a comfortable stay is to ask for a room away from the pool. Some parents allow their children to scream at the top of their lungs for very a long time.

A few friends and I went down to Roseburg to go wine tasting. We stay only one night at the Hampton Inn and were pleasantly surprised how cozy the beds were! They were some of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept on. Aside from the beds, the hotel room itself was spacious for three gal pals. The bathroom was clean and the tub drained perfectly. The complementary hot breakfast was perfect the next morning. They had a bit of everything. I would definitely return!

Stayed at this Hampton Inn while on a road trip and was delighted with the cleanliness and freshness of the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a fabulous experience, and when we are back in the area we will choose to stay here again.

We really thought we'd enjoy our stay at the Hampton Inn in Roseburg. It is a newer property. However, they have a horrible ventilation system: it is right inside the door of the room, and blasts the room with ice cold air 24/7. You cannot turn it off, turn it down, etc. I was FREEZING the first night we stayed there. I asked about the cold air at the front desk the next morning: "oh, that's our ventilation system, there's nothing we can do about it". We got extra blankets. It was still uncomfortable the second night. As we were checking out, I again mentioned the freezing cold air blasting us. This employee grimaced, then again said "yes, we can't do anything about the ventilation system". Obviously we are not the only guests who have complained. They just won't do anything about it! HVAC systems can be adjusted! Get to work! This is a hotel that has a " 100% happy" guarantee. Well, I guarantee that I paid a lot of money to be too cold and NOT HAPPY. And they did nothing to make me happy!

We stayed one night here while on a trip to CA. This is a very nice property and great room! It's modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. I really appreciated the design features that are made for convenience such as the shelf above the sink in the bathroom and abundance of bathroom counter space. The room was large with plenty of space to put the suitcases down and open them up. There is fantastic lighting at the bathroom sink and in the hallway by a large full-length mirror that is outside the bathroom door. The TV is a large flatscreen and easily accessible to set up streaming TV with a FireTV stick for example. The only minor things we noticed were that the room is a bit dark in some areas so it would be nice to have one more light, the heater puts off an odor as you first turn it on (probably hasn't been on for quite a while since it's spring!), and water drips from the tub faucet. The dripping water wasn't too much of an issue since it couldn't be heard from the room, but I kept trying to figure out what was causing it - perhaps it occurs when others above/below are taking showers? Overall, we would definitely stay here again due to the quality and design of the room, nice staff, convenient location, easy parking, and modern amenities!

From the welcoming greetings to the farewell, the staff was exceptional. All staff were friendly and tolerant of our grandchildren who used the pool and can be loud. (No other guests were using it). Staff included reception, kitchen, cleaning, everyone.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn while touring Oregon. It was clean, quiet and well-located. Breakfast was standard for the chain, and served with a smile (yay, staff). We unfortunately got alot of smoke on the top-floor, non-smoking room we had, but that was not the hotel's fault -- wildfires in the area meant that the ventilation system was drawing in smoky air. Overall, would recommend staying here.

If you’re looking for a place to stay with a true suite. This isn’t it. Their website isn’t reflective of what they actually have. We got here and they said “oh we don’t have actual suites like that, but we’d be happy to rent you a room at the exact same rate you paid for your pseudo suite. Bait and switch at its finest. Will never stay here again and do not recommend. You could get a whole house for rent for $800 less for the visit than we are currently paying. Absolutely ridiculous
