Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK!!! worst accommodations I’ve ever had. I came down for a friends wedding so I was forced to stay here and what I found was truly disgusting. Dead roaches all over the room, a rusty screw in the shower, and a broken bed. They charged me $250 a night because of the wedding and I came to find out later the usual price is $77. My room didn’t even have air conditioning only a broken floor fan. To top it all off everyone from my wedding party for food poisoning from the resturant on property.

NEVER NEVER NEVER again this hotel is in disrepair is falling apart it’s old , old very old deteriorated Very very very dirty everywhere is in decline half of the property it is close down ROOM DON’T HAVE AC and they don’t tell you (what a joke) Very old, old , old , very worn out patio furniture with no cushions to seat ,there is not a place where to seat to have a meal , there is no lights outside at night to enjoy the any of the views The rooms are disgusting with a very sticky smell everywhere the bedding sheets are dark gray ,very very very worn out, the room curtains are torn all the way up and down side to side with holes everywhere ,you can only get one bath towel that’s it , no hand towels, no wash cloth ,no towel holder or anything to hold your shower necessities like shampoo shower gel etc we have to place everything on the shower floor No hair dryer not even a plug next to the sink in case you bring your own Customer service is socks they don’t smile they don’t look at your eye and The answer alway was tomorrow we are close for today and guess what it never happened Going down to the beach the gate was lock it took a while to have someone to open it up we were very lucky they did The food was nasty I got very sick if you get the free breakfast you only have one choice and the service is terrible it take a lot of time to get your food be prepared to spend a couple of hours waiting for service The only one restaurant has the chairs and umbrellas on the beach for people that come in buses from other places they are not for the guesses in the hotel , they have an outside timeshare free breakfast sale event very inconvenient we not able to relax on any one this umbrellas or chairs the advertising pictures are very old it doesn’t look that way anymore NOBODY CARE!!! THEY DON’T CARE !!!

Warning ⚠️ ⛔️‼️ Do not stay here it’s all lies We stayed at the villa 16. They said it was for up to 6 people not true. The restroom doors were jammed We asked for extra blankets and they said 1 per room since it only 2 rooms they gave me 2. The villa was runned down. It smelled restrooms had mold. Fan in living room sounded like it was going to fall off Nothing to do with pictures they provided before booking. No beach access due to construction had to walk around. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The maintenance guy came to try to fix it we never filled it up due to water coming out of the sides of jacuzzi. Our mistake was not to complain about anything since we didn’t want to be complaining about everything. What got me mad was they charged me 23 dollars cause they said the towels had make up and pen marks. They claimed they where new towels that was a lie. All they said is that when we checked in we signed a contract and it said we needed to pay if we dirtied them..

This was one of the worst places I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The pictures are either very old or highly edited. We booked the “Sunio Beach House” which is advertised as accommodating 6 people, but there is only 2 rooms and a couch that does not pull out into a bed. The room smelled of mold as soon as you walked in. The place was literally falling apart. Rotting wood, broken tiles, a rusted refrigerator. The bathrooms were poorly lit and I was scared to even brush my teeth with the tap water because of the foul sewage smell. The shower knobs were crusted with mildew. There was only AC in the rooms. The tv was locked so we could not watch anything. We asked for extra blankets and were told we could only have 1 per room, even though we had one person sleeping in the living room. OH and the small dirty pool is literally in the parking lot. I wish I would have taken pictures of how absolutely awful this place truly was. To top off the terrible experience, we were charged an extra 27 dollars at check out because there was allegedly makeup stains on a bath towel. Bath towels that were extremely old and practically see through. Never in my life have I ever had to pay extra for a dirty towel. This must be how they are still in business, by scamming guests for ridiculous charges. I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. Please find something better, there are plenty nicer places along the beach. We were charged almost $800 for 2 nights but it truly was not even worth a fourth of that. We hated it so much we ended up leaving well before we were meant to check out. We could not wait to leave that place. I will NEVER return, not even if offered a free week stay. STAY AWAY!!

I booked a facial and massage with Gaby and I have to say what I spent here and what I usually spent in LA was half the cost. Her products were amazing my face looked and felt amazing after my facial. My massage was from head to toe. My body got exfoliated. She explained every process of her treatment. Usually I would pay two $250-$300 paid half the price here with Gabby would definitely come back just for her services.

Man I've been going for a few years now and it's always been a beautiful location yet the restaurant and bar situation left me wanting. This June I went and WHAT a difference. The chef has some great food flying out and the service was another level. The bartender Chris was super helpful for everything Rosarito. He was always smiling and mad ene feel like I should not move from that bar! They are building a pool on the water which I am super excited for. Definitely heading back soon. Oh and I caught loads of fish in the beach. Kids that fish are gonna be happy.

Can not say enough about kevel of service all the beautiful touches, gorgeous views, amazing drinks and food. Complimentary breakfast. Recommend suites if youre the type to like to listen to ocean waves and enjoy beach view. Beach access. Safe parking and 6 min away from nightlife. Highly recommend!

nice view, but it was raining when we were there, the main door of the house did not lock, they promise to service but we can't lock the door. because it rain and water was an issue with the floor, we put some towels to dry our feet, (no rugs in front of any door), they want to charge us $ 17.00 for dirty towels, no manager around. at the end after 20 minutes of talking with a nice girl on registration, the housekeeping told us that she will wash the towels at no charge.
