me dijieron que el depósito se reintegraba dentro de las 24 horas, llamé a las 48 y tardaron 24 horas más en reintegrármelo, pero no me lo reintegraron completo ( no rompimos nada ni consumimos nada)

Be sure that you will be over charged no matter what they will find any excuse to charge your deposit and staff is horrible there. I ended paying 860 for one night 8 people i was told that someone was smoking and it was not even from my party it was from next door so they charged them 250 for smoking and me another 250 and i really don't know if it was true. So if you give your credit card canceled it right away so they don't charge you extra. There are better places to stay trust me do not waist your money there. I would never go back to that place.

I liked that the property was gated had a private beach area
pools and jacuzzi clean
I didn't like that we had planned to barbeque and the bbq was broken in Our Villa and the outdoor pool area was dirty
They charged us upon exit an additional 16.95 per day
i'm still a bit clueless on that a hotel fee.
Shouldn't that be included in our reservation?
other than that the stay is comfortable

The place is dated, access to beach very inconvenient, surrounded by empty buildings and even check in we had to wait for an hour.
